How long does shipping typically take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location and the specific courier service selected at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for items in their original packaging and unassembled condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
Do TTRacing chairs come with a warranty?
Yes, all our chairs come with a comprehensive 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in the frame and components. Detailed terms can be found on our Warranty page.
What payment methods do you accept?

Are the chairs difficult to assemble?
Not at all. Every TTRacing chair includes a detailed assembly guide and all necessary tools. Most customers find they can complete the setup in approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
