Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated support team via the help portal with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble your product and pack it securely in its original box with all internal protective layers, tools, and manuals included to prevent transit damage.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the carton and drop the package off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our facility, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 5 to 7 business days.
